Comprised of four high-rise office buildings in downtown Calgary, the completion of the projects spanned from 1970 to 1981. The Bow Valley Square II complex stands 39 stories tall, the tallest building in Western Canada at the time. The remaining three towers are 20 floors, 39 floors and 33 floors, making the combined square footage of this complex over 2,000,000 ft2 longevity.
As each new building that was constructed was joined with the completed buildings on the main and second floors. The complex also contains three floors of retail and meeting facilities, with the remaining floors being occupied by offices.
