CANA began working at Spruce Meadows in the late 1980’s and continues to foster a long-standing relationship with Spruce Meadows to this day. One of the first projects completed by CANA was the Grandstand Sky Box Project in 1989. Three years later in 1992, CANA completed the Spruce Meadows Congress Hall, better known as the Gallery on the Green Conference Centre. This 10,000 ft2 facility features a clear span design, allowing for an unobstructed view overlooking the Meadows on the Green jumping ring.
In 1998, CANA completed the Horse Industry Hall and Equi-plex riding Arena – Spruce Meadow’s largest facility. That same year, CANA completed the Spruce Meadows Food Services Building, which boats over 10,000 ft2 of space and serves as the central kitchen for Spruce Meadows catering. Also in 1998, CANA completed the prestigious British House Pavilion, which features a three-storey, 20,000 ft2 conference facility located on the International Riding Ring.
More recently, CANA was the Construction Manager and General Contractor for the Spruce Meadows British House Addition and the Founders Plaza.
